The Pacific Northwest Evergreen Eggfest
is an annual event dedicated to Big Green Egg smoker and grill enthusiasts, family and friends. Whether you own a BGE, or just want to sample some unique new tastes from wood-fired BBQ to baked goods, then the Eggfest is for you. Our second event will be hosted at the scenic Lake Sammamish State Park, a 512-acre park with nearly 7000 feet of waterfront.
Join us for this one of a kind regional event.
Food will be available all day as the dishes
finish
on the cooking eggs.

Friday, September 5th 2008 - Issaquah (Holiday Inn Issaquah)
$15/person
- 6pm-8pm - Meet and Greet
Meet fellow Eggheads before the big event. Snacks and soft drinks will be served. There will be a no-host bar open.
Saturday, September 6th 2008 - Lake Sammamish State Park
$20/person or $35/couple. (For registrations received prior to 8/15)
- 9am - Lighting of the Eggs
A time-honored Eggfest tradition, join the Egg-hibitors as they fire up their Eggs and get ready to cook! - 10am - 3pm - Cook, eat, and meet other Eggers.
Enjoy a broad range of tastes as egg-sperienced Eggers share their tips, recipes, and food with you. - 5:30pm - Pick up demo eggs
